Only difference is now, it’s absolutely crystal clear with new policy wording in the SEP.

I cannot find the words "hotkey", "keyboard", "shortcut" anywhere
They seem to be focused on any software that helps you make in-game decisions. Obviously historic stats help you make better decisions. In my opinion, hotkeys don't help you make any decisions, they just speed up your decisions and make it more convenient. But my opinion doesn't matter, only GG's. You'd need to ask them.

Hotkeys I guess do "aid the execution of actions". But they are simply clicking buttons, which don't give any advantage. Automating actions like taking specific seats behind weak players is something that DOES give an advantage
off topic kinda of but do you think voice command software is ok? it helps me a lot

given that line above, its questionable, but even moreso what the voice commands actually do
well the commands simply execute the stack tile key presses
nothing more than this, instead of triggering an action with the mouse or keyboard, u speak a command and it triggers the keypress
