Mouse lag, possibly Pokerstars Caption conflict

recently running 5+ rooms, SaT and Pokerstars caption makes my cursor stutter terribly, while CPU/GPU not going above 30%

I've asked the pokerstars caption guy and he suggested some things that didn't help (https://sites.google.com/site/starscapti...leshooting mostly number 6 is relevant)

the only thing that kinda helped was deleting the antivirus, but still my mouse stutters a lot while running these two. 

 - i've tried including my LatencyMon report, can you see it?

PS. What's the contact to get support nowadays? It used to be Skype, but Teams is not working for me, what's the better way to reach you?

I am starting to think that the issue is the recent PS update, if you don't know, many experience lag bc of it, i don't think that's something that's within your reach to fix but if you have an alternative thory, do share please!

i don't have any theories off the top of my head. what happened in the most recent PS update that leads you to believe that their update is the culprit?

have you tried only using ONE of SAT or Caption, each at a time, and see if you can narrow it down which one of these might be causing it?
