Problem buying StackAndTile

ive got he same problems with to creditcards.
i filled my problems in in the form, but im not sure you are receiving that info...

What kind of credit card are you using? Is it a neteller card or something? Like most of the other people, it says that the bank card address doesn't match the billing address you provided. Can you please send a complaint email to orders@fastspring.com that should help the processing. Thanks
