It could be because of the location where you clicked during Include Site setup, when it asked you to click on the Flop cards.

When it asks you to click on the "white" of the flop card, it must be a spot that is ALWAYS white, meaning if you clicked on a flop card that was a 2, there was probably a lot of white space, but the next time, that flop card might be a K, which has a lot of painted areas, which might not be white next time, it might actually be the same color as the table background..
