Constant resizing when overlapping
#1
Hi,

not sure if this has been told about or questioned before, but:

I can't overlap tables (or size to certain resolutions) in Ongame or FullTilt -
if I do, SaT starts going through and resizing tables constantly,
making it impossible to give any actions to tables, plus it makes tables to 'blink'.

I have to stop the entire SaT to gain the control back on tables.

No problems with 6-tables (600x454) on 1920x1200.

Here's an example from .ini - I've tried with various sizes (around 520-540x393-410) as well:

table_width=528
table_height=403
total_slots=9
slot1x=159
slot1y=797
slot2x=700
slot2y=797
slot3x=1241
slot3y=797
slot4x=159
slot4y=398
slot5x=700
slot5y=398
slot6x=1241
slot6y=398
slot7x=159
slot7y=0
slot8x=700
slot8y=0
slot9x=1241
slot9y=0

Note: on Stars this setup works, but in a way that some tables resize, while some doesn't -
I've to touch resize on not-resizing tables manually to get SaT resize them correctly.

Very strange and I'm just trying to make SaT to work with 9 tables on
Ongame, Party, Stars and FTP (maybe more later).

Also.. I'm not sure if this is really the case with overlapping -
if I remember, this propably happend on FullTilt without overlapping as well.

Ok overlapping tables shouldn't be the problem, as long as the slots aren't compltely on top of each other. So check that first.

My first guess is that OnGame is the problem. That site has a lot of resizing issues. Can you try the same thing opening your normal sites, but leaving OnGame out?

Lastly, you should never edit the layout config file directly to change the slot sizes. You would need to create a whole new layout from the File->New Layout menu. If you simply edit the tablewidth/height values, then the tables will not fit in the slot sizes. And you'd have to still re-include your sites anyway. You should always use the New Layout menu item.

Let me know the results after you've tried those
