Hi. have followed your guide to cancel my subscription several months ago.
But are still beeing charged for my account. It says that it is not active now due to payment. but my bank account have been withdrwan the amount for 3 months longer than it should have.

It looks like you were signed up for a few months at the start of the year, and then that subscription was cancelled. Then you signed up again two months later, and that subscription had been active just until a few days ago.
