Hello,
I work in an extended monitor configuration, one the 15" standard from the laptop and the second the 40" LCD. The program do not recognize the second one, neither configure the grid properly.
How can I solve this?

You can just use Visualize Grid to move the slots where you want them, and you can use the +/- buttons to add/remove slots
It does not work, the problem is that in a 9 slot grid, only six are showed. slots 4,5,6 just do not appear anywere but the windows bar.

Try adding one by one. Start with 3.

Yeah, the missing slots are probably off-screen somewhere. Just use the - button to reduce down to the 3 slots, since you can see 1,2,3. Then, like Drivo said, just add 1 at a time and place them where you want.
