Need to upgrade to the latest version and didn't remember login info. entered email address to get new password and was told that I did not enter a valid email address. The address i entered is the one i used to set up the account. I have emails confirming my purchase.

can you please let me know why i'm getting this msg and what I can do asap to install new version?

You don't need any password to download the software. Just follow the links on the home page.

You are probably talking about this forum. The forum is separate. If you never signed up for a forum account username then that is why you are seeing that message.
