Every time I try to download the upgrade

i can't. I get an error message and the new version doesn't load. Says we're not suppposed to have to remove anything, but doesn't work for me. Anyone get the same thing?

What is the specific error message? Perhaps you are trying to install the new version while you still have SaT open? If so, then the installer won't be able to overwrite the existing file. You would need to close out SaT before running the new installer. But it depends what the error says..
