trial expired free mode not working

my trial has expired and turn to "Free" mode.
I got a message pls purchase

On your main page of the Stack and tile you mentioned that the software has free mode.

Pokerstars has the requested figures what SaT can only recognize "0.01/0.02" etc.

after click the start button nothing happening.

After the trial period expired is there any free mode which is working or should i have to purchase some subscription?

Its supposed to work for PokerStars. Please take a screenshot of your table so I can see whats wrong. Maybe you need to set the language to English or something. Maybe the stakes level is displayed weird and SaT can't detect it.
