Generally you want to focus more attention on your highest buyin tables.

If you knew your highest buyin tables were always in grid slot 'X' this would mean you could focus most of your attention there

For now, you can try these two hotkeys:

"Move table to Next Slot"
"Keep table in grid"

That should allow you to manually accomplish what you want.
