action on table is not on top of stack slot

On pokerstars playing 12 tables fullring but the table that requires action is on coming to the top of stack slot.

my settings are stack and tile, move to grid after entering pot.
stack slot =1
new table slot = 3
old table slot = 6

I did have a subscription for around 3 months but cancelled it.
If i could get it to work, i would like to subscribe again.

update -
works fine on other pokerstars themes like pokerstarsblack
but i need it to work on pokerstars nova theme, any ideas ?

Well, the easiest way to test this is to do the Test described on this page:
http://www.stackandtile.com/sat/help/tab...stay-stack

Although the Test says to use Move to Grid = When Action Required, and I know you say you are using "After Entering Pot", internally SaT uses the same mechanism so its just easier to Test that way. So please run that Test and tell me the results, if the tables move to the grid at the right time. Test with the different Stars themes.

I'm not sure why it would specifically fail for Nova theme, other than maybe if you are using the Nova theme with the gray buttons. Try it with the Red buttons and see. Remember each time you change the theme/graphics you will need to remove and re-include the site within SaT
