using sat on 2 computers

hi, i've been using Sat without a problem over the past month, but yesterday I was playing on my laptop with Sat as well, no problem. Now i'm back on my pc, laptop is turned off for over a day, and SAT says I cant use it on 2 pcs at the same time...
Any quick way to fix this?

I'll need your email address or license code, and I'll unlock the license. You can email it if you want to support(at)stackandtile(dot)com. Sometimes if you don't press Stop and fully allow SaT to connect and unlock the license, it gets stuck like this.
