Or is the SCOOP series using a different theme for their tables? If so, you should turn it off as shown here: https://www.stackandtile.com/sat/help/pokerstars/

Sorry I was out of town for the weekend. Can you click File->Current Layout, and paste me everything? Have you tried Removing the site and re-Including it?

It also doesn't detect when the action is required, resulting in tons of unwanted sit outs
