I think I'm having the same issue, can't get the F10 portion of the setup to work properly on Bovada. Tried to use the version posted above and it didn't work

Ok here is a temporary fix for everyone having the 'call' button not found error:
Download this version 2.99.02r:
http://www.stackandtile.com/sat/tmp/StackAndTile_Setup-29902r.exe
Then click File->Current Layout, and add this line at the top underneath [settings]:

bodog_call_variation=36
...Then go to the Layout tab and click Save
Then try to Include the site, and tell me if it works
If it still doesn't work, you can increase the number, Save, and then try again. User @bearsfan775 had to use 72 for it to work for him. We want the lowest possible number we can find that will work for you. Eventually this process will be removed. But let me know what number is working for you

Another user had this problem today as well, we fixed it by turning off the minigames sidebar. That sidebar needs to be closed for SAT to work with BodogIgnition
