Incase anyone else finds this thread, the problem was simply that the user hadn't turned off the F1,F2,F3 built-in hotkeys that WinningPoker provides. There is a setting within the poker client to turn those off, and SaT requires that to be off. Its on the help page here:

However, I'm going to change the Include Site setup to put a note for the user to explicitly visit the page after including the site to make sure their settings are correct
