Chico and Ignition STAY IN STACK when 2 options!!

Hi,

Whenever I have a decision on Chico or IG that is call or fold, the table doesnt come to the grid! 

Obviously a huge problem when 10 tabling. 

My guess based on the obvious is SAT doesnt see 3 buttons so it doesnt send us the table?

However WPN never has this issue.

Theres no way im the first to have this issue - but i couldnt find any previous threads on it

Any fix? Kind of a big deal considering how often we end up timing out.
