For the "Chico" site, the action button is the Call button. So as long as the 2nd/middle button is visible on the table, the table should move to the grid.
Similarly, for the "BodogIgnition" site, the action button is the Fold button.
So in both cases you describe, the program *should* be working properly.
I suggest you run the Test on this page to confirm if you are seeing the problem or not:

If so, the first thing to try is to Remove and re-Include the site. Let me know what you find
