I'm seeing it too. They've clearly changed something about how they size their tables. If you turn off SAT and resize the table with your mouse, or simply drag the table to move it with your mouse, the border disappears. I'm not yet sure if I'm able to trigger that myself. It looks like the border is just visual and should not affect gameplay at all.
