Yep. Click File->Current Layout, and add these lines underneath [settings] at the top:

[settings]
tablecount_alwaysontop=1
table_count_popup_size=1

popup size = 1, is the default, you can change that to 2,3,4,5,6 etc to increase the size

You have the Save the file, and completely close out SAT and reopen for the changes to take effect
