My apologies, I was extremely busy all day. Its done now. I am going to look into having an automated webpage so users can do this themselves. Sorry again.

What happened? Did you reinstall Windows or get a new computer or something? If not, you need to make sure you fully close out the program on your other computer. I'll need either your email or license code to unlock it.
