New User, have 2 questions

1) Where in Merge and Bovada is the option to “Turn off the ‘pop up table when action required”?
2) Is it possible to have 3 different bet options on the flop?  For example (30% pot, 50% pot, and 100% pot, if so, how can I set up this feature?)

There is no bet % pot feature. You'd need to set up "Bet x BB" hotkeys or "BetSizeX" hotkeys. The 'BetSize' hotkeys click the pre defined buttons on the table. Sometimes you can configure those within the client
