betsize hotkey

On betsize hotkey page is said :"There is also an Advanced Option which will also click the Bet button after the BetSize is clicked, so that you don't have to hit two hotkeys."
Where is this advanced option? I use small stakes version. It is the reason that i can find this option or what?
