Custom scaling in Windows shouldn't matter for custom sites or not. What scaling % are you using in Windows?
If you want the table to return to the stack after the hand is over, then you need to turn on that checkbox in SaT's Advanced Options, and then Remove PartyPokerModern and re-Include it. During the setup it will ask you to click on your hole card and flop card. You'll also need to make sure that you sit in the same seat on all tables, which can usually be configured within the poker site settings.
