I've had issues with the Cycling being quite slow, is there some sort of setting I can change to fix this issue? If I just turn off Stack and tile and turn auto cycling in the client it cycles to the next table instantly and there is a second or 2 delay when using stack and tile.
Can you tell me exactly when you see the delay? Between which tables and at what times?
Obviously the built-in WPN cycling is going to be slightly faster than SAT, but SAT shouldn't take 1 or 2 seconds, thats substantial. There should'nt be that much delay between cycling.
There is one setting you can try:

...by default its 300 (milliseconds) and its used just as a safety net. You can try 100 and see if that speeds things up for you. It can't be zero. Save the file and then completely close and re-open SAT
