PW scan mode is usually more reliable for WPN, and solves this problem most of the time. Are you certain you've selected PW?

If so, then maybe another issue is if you're using mulitple monitors with different scaling %s, in which case, you may need one of the solutions on this page:

https://www.stackandtile.com/sat/help/windows-10-fix
