ACR tables no popping to front.

Have ACR set up, hotkeys, action buttons and grid table placement all work fine. 
The issue is tables are not popping to front when it's my action.

I also have gone through the ACR check list and have everythign selected/unselected from your site set up guide I believe.

Are you sure you went through the client setup? It looks like your fold/call/bet action buttons are gray in color. SAT needs them to be red. Please change that inside the site settings, and then Remove and re-Include the site
