problem with hands getting folded automatically

can you explan the above if its something different what it was before update

When you press the "Fold" or "Fold+Stack" hotkey, SaT will send two clicks to the table, at both checkbox locations. Before it only clicks the "Fold" checkbox, now it will also try to click the "Check/Fold" checkbox.

As you can see, at different times, Stars shows different checkboxes. When you press the hotkey, SaT will send two separate clicks very fast trying to click either of those boxes.

This is why I asked you before if you were pressing any hotkeys. You said no. You said you weren't doing anything.

After reinstall pokerstar i again faced the problem once in a session so I degrade to 2.68 and removed the 'Fold + Stack' hot key to just Stack = RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON

and so far its working normal and didnt have any auto fold

Because yes, you can use the old version 2.68 for now. But I will not keep the old versions updated, and it may eventually get removed. That's why I want to make sure that the problem is not SaT.

If you still notice the problem with version 2.68, please come back and report it. How many tables do you play?

i play 15 to 20 tables staking and sometimes 9 table tiling using SAT

1 important thing i forget to mention whenever i had problem with this each time i didnt see the betting box "http://www.stackandtile.com/sat/stars-tw...kboxes.png" and my hand folded within sec before i can see any click on fold or betting box

Yes, this is what I was thinking, thats why I asked if you were pressing the Fold+Stack hotkey during the time it was happening. Maybe a slow network issue is causing a second click to go to the wrong table, but I'm not sure.

No, I don't want you to change both. We need to find out where the problem is.

So, if you are going to use v2.68, then please KEEP USING the Fold+Stack hotkey. It should be fine, since in v2.68, the Fold+Stack hotkey only sends one click.

Then if you play with v2.68 for a couple of days, and the Fold+Stack hotkey works normally, then we can assume that it got broken in v2.69

also getting some problem with my broadband server to pokerstar server as i am getting very high ping time of 300ms and using star network status report getting poor connection in between

Well, according to PokerStars, SOMETHING is clicking on the advanced action "Check/Fold" checkbox. So of course you will never see any of the Fold/Call/Bet buttons or the betbox. Its the same if you clicked the checkbox yourself. According to your email from Stars, they said its the "Check/Fold" box that is being clicked. So, its the checkbox in the bottom half of this image:

SOMETHING is clicking that box. In v2.68 and earlier, SaT would NEVER click that "Check/Fold" box with its hotkeys. You can confirm in v2.68 by trying your "Fold" or "Fold+Stack" hotkey when that box is visible. SaT Fold hotkeys would only click on the "Fold" checkbox (shown in the upper half of that image). In v2.69+, SaT now sends two clicks to both box locations, to ensure that one of them gets clicked.

I don't think this will matter. We need to determine exactly what is causing this problem. Since you're using SaT old version 2.68, I don't think the problem is coming from SaT. I think something else is clicking this checkbox for you.

Yes its the same information as before, nothing new.

You need to test playing without SaT for a few days. See if the problem still happens. You said you already did this right from the start, and the problem still happened with SaT turned off. But do it again to confirm. Also keep an eye out and see if the "Check/Fold" checkbox is sometimes checked when you didn't click it yourself or press a hotkey.
