adds support for updated Bet365

Had an update on Betfair and SaT is not working anymore. When I try to add Betfair via "IpokerNew" failure "Table name xy does not match for this site" appears

You need to paste me the lobby info just like everyone else:

I am sorry to say that but my SaT doesnt work w TitanPoker(new)

Can you paste me the lobby info just like everyone else? Use SaT's menu item:

Help -> Diagnostic -> Get Window Title

and then come back here and paste
